Fall 2020 MANE applications

Published

Wanted to get a thread started on applicants for MANE Fall 2020 applicants. I’m applying to Inver Hills and Century with a composite score of 11.53. A little worried it won’t be enough to get in this time around, but I’ve already taken the TEAS 3 times and don’t want to take it again! Good luck everyone!

Hey! I'm waitlisted at Century too, have you heard if they've accepted more students from the waitlist yet?

I was waitlisted too but havent heard anything back yet.

I’m number 10 and still haven’t heard anything. My advisor told me to plan on starting the program in the fall though, so I’m hopeful!

Just got an email from Inver hills that I was accepted into their program! Still hoping I get into Century. Has anyone else heard back from them yet?

CONGRATS! I just asked for an update from Star and was told I’m #5 right now.

Oh nice! You were 11 originally, right?

Has anyone heard back from the nursing program yet? I just got updated from star. I'm #7 on the list now. Hopefully everyone is doing well with all this covid stuff still going on.

TVNursing, what number on the waitlist were you originally?

@kkom107 I was originally placed at #13. Just got an update now that I'm currently sitting at #7. So it seems they're working their way up the list hopefully. I'm crossing my fingers that the first 20 students on the waitlist gets in. Otherwise I'm still looking forward to applying for Spring unfortunately.

I was originally at 10, but am at 4 right now.

@KariTomy That's a really promising number, I have co-workers who are in the program right now saying that most likely they'll be taking in more prospective students because they're integrating a completely online curriculum this fall. Goodluck to you!

Oh really? I’m trying to decide what would be better inver hills or century. If it’s going to be completely online, I already know some people who also got to inver hills and figured it would be nice to already know some people. Do you know what they’re going to do about lab and clinical?
