Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

They only require you to work 1 day a week and she said the nurses there help you study!

I wonder if any hospital would do that because that would be amazing!! But the pay though , what I make right now I’m able to save money so I definitely have $$$ left over and willing to take a small pay cut... need to contact some hospitals then. Wow thank you for that info!!

Did they give you the dates? Is this the alternates orientation or ever program has the same orientation and it’s at Montgomery on the same day.

They pay $15/hr. You just have to go on the hospitals websites and see if they have a listing for it under their career sections.

They accept 10-20 alternates.

i just wanna know exactly where they cut off was at, so i can have an idea of where I stand... Also for the alternates at this point are we open to all the campuses , which ever campus has a opening goes to the first in line?

I think they did, I’m assuming they went by scores. Then again, some didn’t get rejection emails either. So hopefully tomorrow we will get an acceptance letter. Would be nice if everyone in this forum would have gotten where we wanted. ?? Hopefully we wake up tomorrow for good news ? at this point I’ll take NH
