Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

Looking at the score list, it looks like they are starting from the top highest scores working their way down? And rejecting the ones who have very low scores for their campus? Idk. I just hope we get something by Monday. I’ve been trying to figure out their algorithm ?

I think I remember seeing in the past forums that alternates got emails after acceptance letters went out.

If im not mistaken at least one person already got an alternate letter though thats why all of this is confusing! When I spoke to the North Harris advisor Wednesday she said ALL the schools submit and send together, and since all the campuses are closed today I can't figure out why NH is the only one that hasn't sent...i can't figure out the algorithm either, Im hoping if we haven't received rejection letters yet that means we made NH?

I just want to know what the cut off is lol, I’ve been refreshing my email every 30mins hoping they send more out.

Oh really? Dang. What is this mess! I understand schools were closed today but letters were still sent out. They should have just sent them out together on Monday or something. I hope we hear something soon. Yeah we didn’t get rejection letters so that must be a good thing? We must have atleast got into one school haha ?

There are some people that have scores lower than 7.1 and they said they hadn’t received their rejection letter yet....
