Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

I’m going to Mexico for 2 weeks mid June also and I know I can get all of it done. I plan on getting the fingerprints and cpr cert as soon as I find out and get at least half of the rest done before I leave but I know it’s doable! Take your vacation bc you won’t be able to once you’re in the program from what I’ve heard.

I would just worry about possibly missing orientation. We have no idea when it will be.. That would be my main concern.

That’s exactly my fear but I jumped the gun and already booked my flight a couple months ago so I just gotta hope it’s after. But in all honesty I’m willing to lose money on that flight if it means going into this program.

Yall just need to be patient. I called the other day and they said they will have notfications sent by june. This happens with literally every application-based program.

What exactly are you saying happens with every application based program? Them changing the date notifications are supposed to be sent out? Because when I turned in my application the notification date was APRIL. If it had always said June everybody would be calmly waiting until June, but that is not the case.

We are getting our acceptance letters on Friday, because I'm going to say Friday all day and put it in the atmosphere. LOL

Wow! How did you find that out? I have been calling and they keep telling me June. I have been on pins and needles. YIKES
