Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

So I have a question....how is the selection process done. For instance, student A has a 7.2(these are examples, not real) and doesn’t get into their first choice( example Cy fair, their second choice is Tomball) . Student B has a lower score (example 7.0) and chooses Tomball as their first choice. Would student A get a spot at Tomball vs student B who has a lower score but their first choice was Tomball. I hope this doesn’t confuse anyone and I am getting my question across correctly!?!

Student A would get in before student B because they have a higher score.

Got it! Thank you! My brains are fried over here. I just finished my pharmacology final today. LOL! I am not sure if you need a specific color or not!!!

It would depend on wat student A second choice is

@Nij13 student A’s second choice is Tomball. Where student B had a lower score but chose Tomball as 1st choice. I hope that is not too confusing.
