Hi, I will be applying to hcc for fall 2020. My stats are:

overall gpa- 3.35

pre req gpa-3.5

teas- 75%

Do I have a chance of getting into the program for the fall term?

They said 4-6 weeks from the deadline we should hear back.

Both my application and my application payment say ASAP and not received. Is anyone else seeing this status under documents? I’m kind of freaking out.

Facts! Haha, I keep checking my calendar in disbelief that it isn’t time yet. I swear it feels like it’s already been a month of waiting ?

I believe mine is like that too. I’m pretty sure it means that they’re still not done processing our application. There should be a notation about application being under review. ❤️❤️ Hope that helps!

I know of other community colleges whose deadline was also May 15th and they are already notifying the students. I wonder why it takes HCC so long.

Not to put numbers into perspective, but our deadline was May 15th. Because yesterday was a holiday, they have only had 5 days, 6 including today to review all applicants and process all information that has been received. I'm trying to be patient, but there's no way I would want to be on the receiving end of all of those applications and information submitted. Patience... ♥

That’s so true. It feels like it’s been so much longer than that! Anyways good luck to everyone!
