Fall 2015 City Colleges of Chicago people?

I submitted my application for the city college ADN program earlier this year and since it is May, I figured I would start this topic for when the admissions decisions come back in a few weeks! I hope I get in, I would be so happy if I did.

bratko, when you turned your documents in did the lady tell you you would receive an email today?

Yes, I got an acceptance letter. I replied to that. Now I'm waiting for the letter from Truman. I wonder if anyone has gotten that?

Does anyone have the form we need for the physical exam?

For those interested Malcolm x has CPR classes next Saturday. They are only $45

Bratko, I did reply to the letter but haven't received anything back from them. I hope they send out the info packets soon.

Yes i hope so too. I have a doctors appointment on saturday and not sure what form should they fill out.

Finally have my letter. :) Just waiting on further information now. Not sure how we will pick our schedule but I'm looking to take afternoon/evening classes if possible

Yes bratko you're so right about that!!! I actually don't know. I've always wondered that too. I hope they send the follow up email soon, I need to plan stuff lol

Hey drezfeath, you said you went through the process before. Can you give me an insight on what to tell my doctor. What he needs to fill out, and do. Also do I need 9 or 10 panel drug test? Blood or urine? Thanks.

Hey everyone, just came across this board on my search for some answers. I'm still waiting to hear, is anyone else? I called a couple hours ago and the woman I talked to said they were in the process of notifying students. I know I'll hear either way, but I'm extremely stressed waiting for it to come in. I have a 3.76gpa, got a 76 overall and 97 reading and have taken everything but micro.
