Hello,
Letters for BHCC Fall 2008 are out - will anyone from this forum be joining me in the weekend program?

The weekend program at BHCC does NOT go during the summer months (I know, I graduated from it). And it has the same amount of classroom and clinical hours as the day and evening options. I didn't find the 3rd semester Pedi/Maternity to be that difficult. I think that the 1st is the hardest because you are getting used to nursing school questions and exams. I think your final medsurg semester is difficult. And my class didn't lose 1/2 as I read somewhere else in this thread. Although we did have a number of people who didn't pass the NCLEX, but they probably shouldn't have graduated either.
Best of luck.

Hi dfs1961,
How long ago did you graduate? I was advised during the information session and our drug calculation teacher that they do, but I don't mind being wrong ...617MOM I would be more than happy to be wrong on this one so you can have the summers off :nuke:.
In regards to what year will be the most challenging I guess the instructors during orientation can advise you, we on the the post can tell you another thing and current and past students can tell us something else, but I guess its all relevant. What one may find difficult to another may not.
