I am looking for info on the acceptance rate on the RN program for BSHP, or average TEAS scores that are accepted into the program. I applied for the Fall 2014 and I will be taking my TEAS soon. Any information or if anyone else applying???
@CuteAra yes I already have my CPR. I have also started looking for scrubs. The color is Navy, correct? I have already made sure my short records were up to date and got my annual TB test. I've looked at the book list and all seem to be on Amazon (if the list doesn't change) they will cost around $489 for the first semester.
@Bambii210 Thank you.
Oh great, I'm feeling behind lol, jk. Yes I still need to get my CPR and I'm pretty much up to date except for the tb and influenza, if that's needed. And yes, the scrubs are navy with white shoes. Which book list are you looking at? Ours isn't up yet, do you think it'll be the same as spring or summer?
Bambi210, did you have a complete application? What were ur stats? I hope you get in and find out soon :)
I did a lot of practice questions from a practice book for the nursing entrance test. I think it was McGraws 2nd edition. Also try researching practice tests and timing yourself because the timing is what got me stuck a bit in math. Be sure to do things quick and don't reread, just comprehend and answer to the best that you can. I, also, did the paper exam and wish I would have had it computerized. Let me know how it compares and good luck!! :)
Did anyone apply for any other schools or was this your only choice??
@MilSpouse13 ^^^ I received mine today June 26!!! I've completed everything except the FBI Fingerprinting but I have an appointment with them Tuesday.
@Bambi I hope you do well on your Teas so you can start with us in the Fall! which program do you want to apply for day or evening??Keep us updated!!
@CuteAra what is a seating fee?? I thought that was towards scrubs and I.d badge etc... lol its just like a down payment?
(Takes a deep breath)
And finally...Does anyone know how that general ed semester goes if you've already completed your gen ed classes?? I've been searching but havent found an exact answer.
