Hey everyone! I just got called to interview for a position in L&D at Fairview Ridges in Burnsville, Minnesota as a new grad, and I am wondering how much the starting pay is and the night differential?

Did you end up getting the job? I have almost 2 years of nursing (non hospital) experience and I've applied 3 times and I still haven't gotten an interview. I did my senior capstone in L&D. Any tips?
