I really liked "Med-Surg Success." I swore by that book, and did the whole thing cover to cover. It was a huge part of why I did well in that class. As I remember, there were 100+ questions for each system, with very good rationales. Worth every penny. It begins to teach you how to think, and I found it to be a great way to learn the material.

That's the book that helped me the most as well.

In my school ,final exam worth a lot .it is like make or break deal . I studied from nclex book and does review questions but I fee like failure by looking at that med surg book it depress me. I have been doing possibly everything to pass since first exam failure . I have been doing Saunders and possibly everything my professor is very tricky on her questions . I studied so much barely with 3 hour sleep .i can always eliminate the two answers but I left with two answers that's too hard. Any possible tips to pass med surg .i m waiting fr my second test grades till Sunday .the waiting is hard .my finals consist everything of systems nothing else. How do I condense this much information and study . I need miracle from god to pass this class.did people come back from failure and passed this class.
