I just found out I failed for the 2nd time. I am so heartbroken, I'm in Michigan. Does anyone know what happens after fail 3 times? I already took Kaplan..................ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you can take the test every 45 days. I know I just failed for the 4th time. I understand your pain but don't give up.:uhoh3:

All depends on the state, some states ask that you take some sort of refresher course after failing x amount of times and some like Florida will only allow you to take it a certain amount of times.

Wow, sorry to hear this. I have no idea what happens now. Twenty years ago, in PA, you got 2 chances to pass and then you couldn't work as a graduate nurse any more. I believe you could continue taking the test indefinitely, though.
