So hard to get off the couch today.
I was searching through this site for different testing sites. I got a text from a friend that said York Pa was very friendly, and I thought I heard something good about Syracuse. Now that I am looking I can't seem to find any of those threads. Where are all those posts that say the "CE's really want you to pass..", because I really didn't get that feeling. Maybe because it was the 1st weekend that the 18th edition went into effect, but there were only 2 left standing by Sun. I am not that great at math, but That is not exactly 64%. It is sooooo disappointing. The only good thing I could say about St.Peter's is that they rarely get a pediatric and substitute an adult.
Any advise from anyone???....(Lunah...lol) Do I dive right back in? change locations? I was thinking of clepping my sociology and give my brain a cpne break, but I don't want to forget all that I learned.
I went to Tina's in Pa. She is wonderful....really. Soo supportive, and intelligent. I was wondering if I should go to EC workshop, and maybe their care plan conference? So much more money.
If anyone has any advise, I am always happy to hear from my All Nurses family. I couldn't have gotten this far without all of you.
I feel like I have disappointed everyone...including myself.

BTW Loops rocked.....As I knew she would. Congrats my friend. You worked hard and deserve it. I am so proud of you!!!!!!!
Jan, stay strong and get back in the game. You will be successful next time! As for switching test sites, I have always heard good things about the other test sites in the NPAC - but you could always go to SPAC too!
Take some time to reflect on your experience and then put a game plan together. Determine what your weakness and strong areas are.....then formulate your plan of attack...you definitely can do this and no matter what happens next week I'll be there for you!

K9kabs, I really do think you should jump back in with CPNE study if you can but as we spoke about it yesterday you have to be able to eat sleep drink and p--- CPNE. Over the last 2 months you have had way to many distractions. Some that you could have avoided and others you couldn't. Between your family and then the loss of power at your home it's no wonder you couldn't focus on your studies to have the proficiency you need to be successful at CPNE. As for EC workshop....maybe hearing it from the horses mouth may make something click. The holidays are coming and it will be a while before you can test again and take the EC workshop...so maybe the Sociology exam may not be a bad idea.
Ultimately the decision is up to you... I'm here for you K9kabs
Hugs
