I failed adult health 2 with a 74.2. My option is to retake that class but I have to wait a year. What should I do?

You have listed only one option: retake the class. So, in asking what you should do......is "retake the class" not a good answer?

You will have plenty of time to study the material and work while you are waiting. Surely, you don't intend to walk away from this school at this point do you? And likely no other nursing school would accept you because you are on academic probation with your current nursing program, so best to settle down and prepare to get an A on your retake while earning money for your upkeep. Good luck.

You have a couple of options. One is that you walk away from Nursing altogether and just kiss all that hard work you did thus far good bye. Or you can figure out why you managed to basically just barely fail the course, work out those bugs, work on completing other graduation requirements, and re-enroll in the class next year. I failed out and was readmitted and ended up repeating a full year of school because I had to follow content that moved from the semester I was in to the semester the content was moved to... but I stuck with it, did my best, graduated from nursing school and passed the NCLEX on my first try.
Since you do have time between now and the retake, it may also be a good time to look for a job in an acute care facility as a PCT or something similar because that can provide you some very valuable lead-time to jobs when you graduate.
