So I've been lurking the NCLEX related thread since my third semester. I had a very rocky path in nursing school having to repeat a semester and other issues.
So I graduated School this past June, and received my ATT 8/2 or 8/4.
Registered to take my Nclex the 23rd of August.
I didn't start studying till July 16th with UWORLD.
I tried to do 75 questions a day. But some days I only did 25/35. Or days I did none!
I couldn't sit there to do 75 questions in a row, due to my testing anxiety and impatience. So I did 25 at a time.
My score while doing 25 at a time were around the mid 60s.
However my averages were around 57%. One time I even scored in the 30s and 40s. And one time 80 percent.
My first practice 68 percent with a very high chance of passing. My second practice test 61 percent. With a very high chance of passing.
The next day I took my test it lasted over 2 hours. I had many unscheduled breaks in between because I was very thirsty and ran through a lot of fluids.
The screen blued out at 76 and I took 25 survey questions and boy were they difficult!
I sat in my car and waited for my email from Pearson.
Then I tried the Pearson vue trick immediately! Then again every hour that day. Then every couple of hours the next day. It all said the same thing!! " You have previously scheduled this test blah, blah!!
Anywho checked the BRN and my license number is there!
I basically failed out nursing school came back and passed the NCLEX the first time! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Congrats dear. How did you see the difficulty of the exam.
It was very similar! It felt as if I were taking another UWORLD exam just more basic
It was definitely do able! I had more anxiety for my theory Final than the Nclex.
I was a B and C student.
