You will receive a candidate performance report. Take the info provided there to help you determine where you need to focus your reviewing for the next time. How did you prepare the first time? Perhaps you need to try another method. If you self-studied, perhaps you need an in person course.
Yes I self studied with Kaplan and Uworld for the last week, scores weren't good with uworld at all. Will do Kaplan live review and go bk in 6-8 weeks. Thanks

Give Kaplan a second chance.
NCSBN study resource is something to keep in mind since they write the NCLEX.
Look up the LaCharity priority book.
Thank you, still waiting on my CPR to see where I went wrong did not get it as yet, I did purchase the lacharity book

Hi Sharlene, sorry to hear about your situation and glad to see you ready to try again :)
Take a look at the NCSBN website and see that management is the highest percentage for testing which involves prioritization. The lacharity book will help with prioritization. It will teach you how to prioritize to meet the needs of one pt, how to prioritize with multiple pts, and how to delegate. All great time management tools. Also do you know to answer NCLEX style questions using factual A&P and nursing concepts? Are you familiar with how to rank in order maslow hierarchy of needs? If not, please take time to go over the big concepts first then do practice questions.
Use your performance to see where you stand to review your weak areas but also strong areas as well. This is not just a test but a way to prep you for your future.
Stay positive and take advantage of all your resources. We are here to help!!!!! :)
Thank you
