I've been trying to take my nclex-pn exam for 6yrs now... I graduated 7 years ago now... I don't know what to do. Iforgot most of the things I've learn in school days.. tried to take the nclex-pn 5x and I keep on getting 85 questions failed... no improvement at all. Please help 😭😭😭😭 any books or strategies you could give me...

You should probably take a reputable refresher course. After that, try UWorld and focus on the rationales. I found the Saunders book helpful too

Specializes in PICU.

Although I did the NCLEX RN, it sounds like you need a refresher course if not retaking your classes all over again. If you have failed at 85 each time, the exam was able to determine you did not meet the minimal requirements. Especially after 7 years, if this is what you truly want, you should consider retaking all of the classes.

Also read your Candidate Performance Report (CPR) it should give you a better idea what parts you struggled with and should focus on.

All of the areas i have take are either near passing or below.. no above passing yet :(

Thank you for your advice, i'll try the uworld.

Have you contacted the school you went to? Explain you graduated from their program and ask if they offer refresher courses or know of any places that do. Otherwise you'll have to google them.
