Failed LVN nursing school

I need assistance and advice on what to do next please. I am in term 3 just re-take med surg ati and got below level 1 did not pass term 3. I am on academic probation. right now i feel disappointed in myself and depressing at the moment. As for I will be dismissal from the program. What should I do next?

Are you allowed to re-take exam? Are you going to be actually dismissed from the program? I would take some time out/off and reflect on what it is you really want to do, and if this is it then I would get some hard core tutoring, ask for help from faculty, and classmates. I am so sorry that this happened, but don't let this defeat you. Can you re-apply to the same program or do you have to go elsewhere? Good luck on whatever you decide and keep us posted!!!

HI Angel,

You need to first see organize a study schedule (should have done this before nursing school) I have to have a tangible schedule in front of me in order to accomplish goals. Set aside specific homework time and if you are married with kids, now is the time you let you husband know this is a serious program and you are on the verge of failing and you need more leeway. If you are child-less... get back on that study horse and get with the program!!!!

Hurst Review. I did it before I took my exit exam and mine was ATI and passed first time. You can use it not just for boards but it can help you through nursing school. Also Greg Linares is great on you tube.
