I am currently enrolled as an international student and would like to change my major to nursing as soon as possible. Is it possible for me to take an LPN course without loosing my F1 status?Do you know of a school that would enroll me soon in New Jersey?

You should be able to sort it out ok but be aware if looking to stay then apart from retrogression and looking at several years wait LPN does not meet immigration requirements

The F1 visa is acceptable for the LPN programs, however, you need to be very aware that there are no visas for you to remain in the US to work with this training. There is no shortage of LPNs so the US does not issue visas based on that training.
Even with going for the RN in the US now, there is no guarantee that one will be able to remain in the US when they have finished.
