Extra materials from Hurst Review

Well, I believe I am READY to write NCLEX and the date is coming up. Is there somebody who also writes NCLEX very soon and getting more nervous?? I did CAT mock test by Saunders and it gave me "pass" after 75 question. It relieved my anxiety for a moment....but still....you know.....

Hey, by the way, people who are taking HURST review! Did you guys ask for extra material Marlene was talking about? They sent me a thick package of extra materials including CD. It is about maternity, G&D, and excellent information about priotization in ER or disaster situation. Marlene wrote these materials with lots of goody goody info! I phoned them about two weeks ago, and asked them to send me one. It's very good information. Call them! :)

Hey! I'm taking a exit exam from school. If we don't we pass we don't graduate :( I'm not taking my NCLEX until June.

I just wanted to say I got a big thick packet in the mail today from Hurst! Wow!!! I did not get a CD. I thought I heard someone say they got a CD. I won't have time to review the material before tuesday but I will before the NCLEX.

I wonder if your packet include "ER triage", "delegation", and another OB questions(100 question). Then, you don't need the CD. ER triage is especially important in this packet. I learnt a lot! Also, delegation....since our system in Canada is somewhat different so that it was good to know them for me. If you don't think you have them, let me know. :)

I know the Hurst Review is for RNs, But I called them and they said some PNs take it as well, so I'm taking them online right now, I love it, I was wondering because Im not quite through with it (just half way) Does the extra materials cost money? :uhoh3: Because this my second time around for that NCLEX so you know I have invested a lot already........ :rotfl:

I got my packet in the mail yesterday that I called about. It's a huge packet and the front sheet says something like "Potpourri of Goodys to study." It's a huge packet with lots of different stuff in it. Is this what everyone else is talking about?

Rikomama~ I don't think I have the ER triage stuff. I will have to look again and make sure. How was your exam today? I was thinking of you. Mine wasn't too bad. Easier than I thought it would be but that doesn't mean I passed! LOL...

Yes, this is the packet I was talking about. Did you get a CD? I think the stuff in CD is very important...it's about ER triage, disaster priotirity, and delegation.

Well, I ended up with around 190Q's! I took about 5 hours including 2 breaks!!! It was a good thing I brought chock-bar in my bag!! I wait one more day to know result.....well, I have no idea......I will let you know.
