Excelsior - TAKING TOO LONG :(

I applied and sent transcripts to Excelsior almost two months ago. I emailed and spoke to a representative and they told my that I would be notified when the process was complete. Does anyone know how long it normally takes?

yes, i paid 75 dollar fee right away and it took about two weeks for all my transcripts to get there and since then its been well over a month

keep calling them for updates. while you are waiting, you can actually take health safety and transitions exams without enrolling. good luck!
