How are you using Saunders to study for your exams? Does anybody have an outline they've created for themselves that they're willing to share?
Thanks,

Saunders isn't mentioned in the EC content guides, but some students find it helpful to study subjects from Saunders that correspond to the areas in the study guide.

No, it isn't a part of the Excelsior Content Guides, but I have purchased "Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination" by Linda Anne Silverstri. I utilized this book in my Practical Nursing program (Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN Examination) and successfully passed the NCLEX-PN examination 2 months after graduation, one attempt. I figured that I could use the same method I used in nursing school, read through the NCLEX book as I progress through EC's nursing exams. It worked before (while in the Practical Nursing program) ,might as well continue to use what has worked best.
