Excelsior Distance Learning Failing First Exam

Anyone ever fail an exam from Excelsior? I am in the LPN to RN program. I am already an LPN. I took my first exam on health and safety and failed by only a few points. What do I do? Do I need to repeat the test or will they accept the grade and let me continue with my other exams? I mean, I know you have to have a "C" or better to pass, but do they base that on each exam or can I take all of them then get the average of "C" or better??? I don't know. Can someone help me?

There are bunches of EC groups on Yahoo -- just do a search. Freehelp was great, though. Lots of active members.
