I did the Excelsior LPN to Associates in Applied Science in nursing program and I liked it. Instructors were always available and would get back to you if you had questions. It's been almost 3 yrs since I completed and they had a great website to be in contact with other students for questions, advice, etc. I can tell you the clinical may be a long weekend but you must know everything and perform to their standards or they fail you. I passed it the first time but I studied my tail off, went to workshops and purchased the kit to help in the practice stations. Having a 14 yr background in the hospital helped me too. Good luck with your decision.

Hi I was inquiring if any LPN's out there in Pennsylvania, returned to school, and got their RN degree through EXCELSIOR college in New York,it is a at home degree, highly interest me! Only thing about is the clinical expreience,it is 2 and half days! That is it! I didn't know if it is worth my time or not!
I noticed alot of colleges or going into web based classes and video classes!
I was wondering if you go through a program like this,Does employers frown on a education from there? It is alot cheaper than going to school?
Im lookng at all ideas!
Feel to Repond!
