I am unable to open the Micro content guide link...could someone please post it in reply to this message?

Try it this way. When you are logged in to MyEC, click on the "Resources" tab. On the resulting page, on the right-hand side, you'll see a section titled "Learning Resources." In that section, click on "Exam Content Guides." If you are NOT logged in, this will not work. I just did it and opened the Micro guide.

It must be a "cookie" thing, because I still can't open it while logged in.

Then I suggest you contact EC tomorrow -- perhaps they can help. Posting copyrighted EC exam guides here isn't a good idea.
