The only place people can buy/sell on the site is in the Classifieds area, which is part of the forums available only to Premium/Platinum members.

Have you tried sites like chegg.com? I also bought a lot of my EC books on amazon.com, used -- I think my Fundamentals book was about $13. You can also go back one edition to save some dough. :)

I bought some of my books on half.com one-two editions down. For A&P and some other gen. eds I used books from my community college library. They had very good nursing books too, but It was about 22 miles in one direction, so I figure I'd rather pay $10 and have my own book instead of spending the same amount on gas

How do you become a premium/platinum member? I've never heard of chegg.com...& it never even dawned on me to check out amazon...thanks Lunah!!

I got most of my books for free by checking them out from libraries. If the library does not have the book, have them do an interlibrary loan for you.
