Excelsior && Florida

I am interested in doing Excelsior and I live in FL. I called the BON and They told me they didn't recognize excelsior..but I know there are some nurses where I used to work done Excelsior and they are licensed in FL..does anyone know how to go about this?

Turnpike S to 17-92/441/OBT go north on OBT Then I think you 6th traffic light will be Orlando Central Parkway

Turn Left, 1707 will be the 4-5 story building on the right, there is only 2-4 buildings on the right.

It really isn't hard to find, plenty of parking.
