I am trying to avoid taking in-classroom A&P so I signed up to take Excelsior A&P. I know it is going to be difficult and was wondering if anyone who has taken EC A&P could help me out a little as far as what to expect when I take this exam (signed up for end of December).
How many questions are on the exam and how much time do they give you? They only give 25 test questions on the practice exam.
Is there any particular aspect I should concentrate on?

Physiology. Physiology. Physiology!
The anatomy questions were "gimmes"!
Be sure you know your physiology from the cellular level on up.
And take a look at Cliff's Quick Review for A&P. I picked it up at WalMart - and it was the best A&P book that I could ask for. It removed all the fluff that the texts are full of.
Good Luck!

This was my most scary test to - I passed with a B and I was just fine (actually thankful) with that grade. You may want to go to ebay and see if you can find a chancellor study guide for A&P. I know a lot of different people have different opinions on these published study guides, but I found it very useful. Just don't contact the publisher - the price is a rip off.
