excelcior a&p and micro credits good any where in so cal?

Does anyone know if Excelcior college A&P and/or Micro test out credits are good at any southern california community colleges or at Everest college in Ontario?

The credits were worthless when my girlfriend applied to college. She wanted to pursue her RN degree at a credible institution after learning no one in Ca would hire her with the Excelsior RN degree. She found out the classes didn't have enough credits for darn near any degree. Also, no school would let her in because she already had a nursing license and degree. Food for thought.

The excelsior site has list of colleges that accept their credits--which is many.
