Excela Health Interview

Hi everyone,

So...after years of preparation, I got an interview at Excela Health. I am muy excited for this interview. Anyone have words of wisdom and how to prepare for the interview.

Do they ask personal or clinical questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Big thanks. :D

I am also planning to apply at excella... Do u mind sharing your stats such as GPA how many yrs in ICU? CCRN?

Hi,

I don't know much about the interview process, except what I've already read on the thread from a couple of years ago. Here are my stats:

GPA 3.5

1 year Med/Surg ICU experience from a level 1 trauma hospital

CCRN

Good LOR's.

Will let you know how the interview goes...once i'm done....

The interview is very forma and relax. They were very friendly and quite informative.But afterwards a general ICU knowledge test. Good luck

Has anyone found out yet? How long did it take after the interview?

I had the interview this past Wednesday and then attended the open house. Very informal get to know you type of interview. There is a 26 question critical care test afterwards. Some basic stuff and some CCRN stuff. They said I would know in 2-3 weeks.

Can anyone who interviewed tell me how long it took to find out a decision? Are the decisions mailed out? Thanks! This board has been very quiet!

jrv100 - hey, have you found out anything yet? I was hoping you heard some news. Excela seems like they are quick to give out information about the admission process. By the way, was your interview in the morning or evening? and how long did your open house last? Is it a whole day event? Thanks in advance...
