Exam Cram NClex Pn has 2 books:
1) 1000 questions with cd. The cd is exactly identical what is on the book.
2) the other book that has contents also comes with a cd. The cd drills you in 3
different ways. The questions are almost the same that appear on the 1000
questions. The book has an extra 400 questions to practice. Some are repeat-
ed questions from the 1000. You don't get 1000 questions on this cd. When I
saw the questions were familiar since I already finished the 1000
from the other book I did not continue to answer the other cd.
It wasn't easy to open those cds unless your computer is compatible.
Windows XP works. It didn't open in my Apple computer.
Thanks! Which one did you feel was most helpful to you? It sounds like the Practice Questions book has more questions which are the same on both the cd and in the book, while the plain Exam Cram book has 400 extra questions in the book, but not as many questions on the cd. I wonder how many are on that cd? I have already packed mine up, ready to ship it back unless someone advises me this is actually the more helpful book.
The bottom line is that you need to learn the content behind the questions. What book or books or online sites you use to practice questions is really up to you. As long as you know the content, you should be able to successfully tackle questions no matter where they come from.
This is sooooooooo true!!!

I ordered the Exam Cram for NCLEX-PN book, but plan to take it back as it is heavy on content and I already have Saunder's for that. I saw that Exam Cram also offers a book called Practice Questions which I have not seen in person. I keep noticing others on here recommending Exam Cram as being so much like the actual test and wondered which book is being referred to? I haven't opened the accompanying cd yet, and don't know if the questions are the same in both books or on both cd's. Which Exam Cram book have you all found most helpful? Thanks!
