I know there are already a couple of posts for this school, but reading through the threads I didn't get all the information that I was looking for and considering that they are pretty old threads I made a new one because I didn't think anyone would look at those anymore. I've already completed all my prereqs at a community college, but I don't want to wait around forever to get into the community college rn program.
Anyways, I wanted to find out for those who are already in the program or have the info. What kind of studying should I do for their entrance exam? What kind of stuff comes in the tests. I also would like to know the cost or estimated cost of the school. And how do they go about choosing the students for the program? What exactly is the application process?
I've already called the school, but the lady that answered the phone wasn't able to give me much info except for that info sessions are in August and the program starts up again in January.
And if you are already in the program, I would like to know how to do you find the teachers to be?? Would you say that this is a good academic choice??
Please help me as I live really far away from this school and I am moving out there just for the program. It is a little difficult for me to just drive over to visit the school. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yessss...thanks to all of you for posting some news about the program!!! I'm so proud to have made this far. English is not my first language. I'm from Brazil and have to be honest here...I"M REALLYY SCARED!!! I know it's a hard course but I waited so much for that and hope to be ready for it!!! I think we are all a little scared/nervous/anxious. But, we will get through it together. And I'm sure we will make life long friends. That's how LVN school was for me.
Lol...thats the understatement of the year. I lived and breathed school while attending there. if you can finish that program, you'll be fine. I've heard nothing but positive feedback about the instructors at everest. Plus, if I can do it, anyone can. I went back to school at 38! I'm started this school at Ro...talk about being out of school for a while.

Still haven't heard anything but haven't recieved a rejection email either so I'm still grasping some hope. I heard they go alphabetically so if that's true I'm at the very bottom.

I was told they go in a certain order as well...determined by the nursing dept. hope you hear soon
Just got my call I am officially IN!!!! I go in on Monday to meet with admissions and finish up the admission process and to get my schedule and then school starts Jan 14th!!!!! EKKKKKKKKK I am SOOOOOOO STOKED!!! I hope you all get your calls soon and I see you next Monday :)

I just got my call to go do the financial aid next wed and hopefully start the 14th! Any feedback on the financial aid process/loans? I did my fafsa already and my physical is done so I'm hoping this is it!
