I was off at a retreat for RN's, we sat around holding hands singing Kum-ba-ya my Lord and giving ech other supportive group hugs.
Now I can be more threruputic for my patients when I go to work. I will hand out warm blankets, pre made lunch bags, spring water, unlimited phone use for my patients and their extended family/friends, and when all is said and done, a Cab voucher compliments of the hospital!!!!

suddenly, my sense of intellect has been attacked- so let me tell you something about this kiddie- this kiddie could work circles around you in an ed and never blink twice -as well as school for the absolute hardest and most challenging nursing degree available - so if you must insult someone - you should probably find those worthy of insulting.
