How does Fresno $38.50/ hour in ER sound? Has anyone tried to make a private contract with a hospital for short term. ex. 3months long to get more pay?
KeeKee24 your right to an extent... I am from the Fresno area it is however not a farm town anymore I do not know how long it has been since you have been in the area but it is booming now the boring part is where I agree with you and 38.50 seemd to be very little I have heard from some of our travelers that the pay is much higher more like 50+ an hour at least for OB
I plan to work in fresno where my brother and parents are based now, would you recommend it as a safe place to raise kids? i am just concerned about the posts made about fresno...i sure appreciate the info, bad or good, but the bad seem to outweigh the good! any comments from fresno nurses cum mommys out there?
Actually, Fresno has a population of over 600,000 people and is one of the top 50 largest cities in the nation. It is no longer an 'old farm town'; rather, it has burgeoned into a large city.Fresno is the most boring place on the planet, nothing to do there. Its an old farm town. I wouldn't go there for $38.50/hr
