I will always appreciates nurses who came up with this site.Honestly i must confess its been very helpful especially issues partaining to nurses.Pls,my younger sister is a licensed Registered midwife overseas runing a registered nursing programme that will end this November but she has printed an international application forms from the school website http://www.essexcountycollege.edu because she intend to run her degree programme there but having problem in filling the forms.Pls,can anybody guide her in filling out the forms since they said failure to fillout the forms correctly will delay in processing the admission.Also if she can have the email where she can easily forward her questions she will deeply appreciate it.Tks.

That is an application for admission to the school of nursing. Does she want to study a nursing program that results in an associates in nursing degree?

Then that is not the right school. They do not offer a BSN. The state board of nursing has a list of schools that offer BSNs on their website. Not all schools can accept international students. She needs to contact the office of international students at each school. It depends on which part of NJ. In Essex County there are a few schools, however admissions are highly competitive and she may not get a seat for Spring 2015 especially with the additional processing required for an F1 student visa and the fact that she must show an affidavit of support for all expenses (tuition, fees, books, room & board, living expenses, incidentals & health insurance). The tuition for a non-resident international student is 2-3x that of a local resident.
