Hi, I'm a 3rd yr. student nurse from Vancouver Canada writing a project about ER nursing. I just want to get some ideas about the challenges nurses working in emergency face. If somebody please list down some challenges they have had while working. Thank you very much again!

i am sure as a 3rd year nursing student, you must have used cinahl or another similar database to do research by now...you will find a plethora of articles on this subject if you search cinahl with a phrase such as "er nursing challenges" or "er nursing+psychosocial" or "er nursing+burnout".
good luck.

"CINAHL®, the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, is the most comprehensive resource for nursing and allied health literature. While starting out as a single bibliographic database, CINAHL has expanded to offer four databases including two full-text versions. CINAHL is owned and operated by EBSCO Publishing, with the Cinahl editorial team continuing to work out of the offices in Glendale, California. The CINAHL databases are available on EBSCOhost®, one of the most-used research platforms available."

Hi thank you so much for your comments... Yes I am very well aware about CINAHL and how to find evidence based articles... We're suppose to utilize a variety of sources like articles, books, videos and I chose to include the all nurses forum with my other sources.
Just a quick personal ideas will be greatly appreciated!
