ER that accept new grads

U.S.A. North Carolina

Hi everyone! i'm a canadian bsn student that will (hopefully of course) be graduating next spring, and i would really like to move to nc. at this point i'm still not sure where exactly, but i am interested in working in the er. now i know that cape fear in fayetteville has a residency/internship thing for new grads for the er (they were here for a job fair last year) but i've since heard that fayetteville is not exactly the most exciting place to live. i've heard it described as a military town, and having spent some time in the canadian versions i'm reluctant to relocate to there. does anyone know of other hospitals in nc that will accept new grads into the er? thanks so much for your help!

Mission hospital in Asheville has a year long internship for nurses. Great program, great hospital, great town. Other than the cost of housing near town, I can't say anything bad about this area.

I get off work in the morning and no matter how beat up I am, I step outside into the sunshine, look at those beautiful mountains against the sky and I am refreshed, and reminded that someone more powerful and mighty than I is still in charge!
