English nurse - agenda for change

Hi,

Havn't been on the board for a while and can no longer find the England forum!

I have a question for 'E' Grade surgical nurses. Where have you been banded? I know we are behind most other trusts but we have just recieved our banding and although our medical E grades are going into band 6 for some reason they have put us surgical nurses into band 5 :angryfire :angryfire ( apart from day case and they are 6).

We are going to appeal but this info would be both helpfull and interesting. I work in the Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust.

Also if you have appealed what tips can you give. Thanks in advance.

Go down the main page, and find the International Forum, it is a sub-group of that. It follows the state forums.
