Enforcement of New Techniques / Rules

Published

As part of my leadership course this semester in nursing school we are required to post a managment question on a support group page that I am burning to ask and review the responses....the question I have for you all is:

In a management / leadership role, how do you enforce new techniques / regulations at your unit / floor?

Thank you! :yeah:

I hope you have been directed towards Change Theory. This will show you the steps required for change (sort of like the stages of grief, but different). I don't think enforce is a good word. How about "reinforce the new status quo?"
