Endoscopy nurse

What else is needed for a foreign educated nurse ( except CGFNS and NCLEX ) in order to work in a Endoscopy Dept/Room ?

Specializes in 5 yrs OR, ASU Pre-Op 2 yr. ER.

Not sure about the foreign education issue, however, where i work, for nurses, endoscopy is on-the-job training.
