Endorsement for RN license, how long did it take for you?

Hi all,

I am in a bit of a panic. Long story short, I had applied for a job in CA, got it, but had to put it on hold due to custody issues. Custody issues got resolved out of no where with no prior warning so I was scrambling to get a license (hindsight is 20/20, I held off initially applying for endorsement because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to go but now I am). I start April 7th, still no license. I spoke to the board last week, my background check is cleared (I flew into CA for pre-employment testing and did the livescan) all they are waiting on is my Nursys. She told me I should have it by the time I start. Then I read a press release on the board that says that they are on a major bigger delay than I thought and now I am scared. For those who are waiting for endorsement or have gotten it, how long did it take? I am scared!
