endorsement of nclex result from california to texas

hi guys, i am having some problem regarding the endorsement of nclex from california to texas. i passed my exam last 2008 however, i was not able to get SSnumber. Now, i want to endorse it to Texas but i am having a hard time getting informationg from TX BON. but i read there that I should be able to practice nursing or have taken NCLEX from the last four years. Is my work here in the Philippines be considered? hope you can help me. thanks in advance.

Because you have no US SSN and CA that means you have no license to endorse so you generally need to follow application by exam and arrange with CA (for a small fee) to transfer your NCLEX results to the new state.

Also they should take your nursing experience into account

thank you for that information but do u have any idea if i should still have to undergo refresher course for Texas.? and do you have any idea if the "endorsement applic" is the one i should fill up?

Overseas employment (recent) as a licensed RN can be counted as recent practice.

No you do not fill out the endorsement application as you do not have a license to endorse. You must complete the license by examination application as an internationally educated nurse and pay CABRN the fee to send TX BoN a copy of your NCLEX pass results.

do you mean the Nurse examination applicationin the texas board of nursing website?? that is the only thing i can find aside from nurse endorsement application.

from the link you send, it says there that I have to take the nclex exam. it does not say anything regarding the endorsement of my exam from CA to TX. pls help me

As explained before you complete this application in lieu of retaking the NCLEX you submit your result from the California BRN
