from the link you send, it says there that I have to take the nclex exam. it does not say anything regarding the endorsement of my exam from CA to TX. pls help me

this is the forms i found in texas BON. hope you can help me figure out which one i should fill up. Forms - Texas Board of Nursingdo you mean the Nurse examination applicationin the texas board of nursing website?? that is the only thing i can find aside from nurse endorsement application.thank you for that information but do u have any idea if i should still have to undergo refresher course for Texas.? and do you have any idea if the "endorsement applic" is the one i should fill up?hi guys, i am having some problem regarding the endorsement of nclex from california to texas. i passed my exam last 2008 however, i was not able to get SSnumber. Now, i want to endorse it to Texas but i am having a hard time getting informationg from TX BON. but i read there that I should be able to practice nursing or have taken NCLEX from the last four years. Is my work here in the Philippines be considered? hope you can help me. thanks in advance.
