Reciprocity only exists for the NCLEX exam. If you have a hard license then you endorse your license from one state to the next making sure you meet all requirements for foreign trained nurse. If you do not have a hard license then you follow requirements for licensure for exam and request original BON to forward your NCLEX results to the new BON.

Welcome to the site and I would suggest a good read in this forum as this has been asked many times before, plus with immigration issues being discussed you can ensure you keep up to date

Do you actually have a Florida license that has been issued to you? Noticed that you are out of the US, and Florida does not issue a license without a SSN#; nor does Texas. Without an actual license number, you are unable to use the endorsement process.

What this means for you is that you are going to have to use the License by Examination process that you used for Florida in Texas and submit the CES once again to them. You just have to have FL BON forward your passing score to Texas.
