May I know how long it takes to endorse from Ca to Wa.

I tried to answer your questions but I don't think it went to your PM. But anyway, about the questions you were asking, If you were trained outside of USA ok go ahead,download and fill out the form that pertains to Applicants trained outside US (license by endorsement). About the AIDS training, yes there is a section in the application that needs to be fill out and sign that you already have the training. Its an attestation that you have the training already. What I did is I sent a copy of my certificate of AIDS training but I am not sure if they need it.Did you see the list of agencies/facilities that offer the program?

Talking about your transcripts, I saw from CA BON that they dont keep records of the transcripts so it might take a while to get it so what I did is I just asked a copy from my school and I was right because it only took a week and I got my transcripts already. It's up to you which do you think is convenient for you.That's ok, no problem. Hope this will helps.Goodluck!
