But anyway, about the questions you were asking, If you were trained outside of USA ok go ahead,download and fill out the form that pertains to Applicants trained outside US (license by endorsement). About the AIDS training, yes there is a section in the application that needs to be fill out and sign that you already have the training. Its an attestation that you have the training already. What I did is I sent a copy of my certificate of AIDS training but I am not sure if they need it.Did you see the list of agencies/facilities that offer the program? Talking about your transcripts, I saw from CA BON that they dont keep records of the transcripts so it might take a while to get it so what I did is I just asked a copy from my school and I was right because it only took a week and I got my transcripts already. hello, First of all you need to be patient in endorsing a license because it takes a while. But anyway, here's the procedure. Fill out an application form from WA BON (You can download it from their website at www.doh.wa.gov in the Licensing Requirements if I am not mistaken. Then forward your completed application to WA BON, Verification of License to CA BON (it takes 6 weeks for the processing). You can check the fee in their website (www.rn.ca.gov) to make sure it's right. But when I applied, just recently I paid $60 (note: its only for the verification, Transcripts of records are not included yet). You can get a copy of your transcripts from them but you need to pay separately ( i think $30 plus it might take a whilet to get it.)What I did is I got a copy of my transcript from my school which I think was easier. BTW, You need to have an AIDS training before you can apply for endorsement to WA. If you feel you already have the AIDS training go ahead and apply but if not they have a list of the agencies/facilities that offer the AIDS training program and you have to enclosed $70 dollars money order or cashier's check with the application. But you will read all the instructions anyway, once you downloaded the application form. It's pretty much easy to understand and follow the instructions. Ok, i hope I give you some info. I'm just waiting for my license. I'm all done with the application and I was already approved. Goodluck!

hi, well i'm not actually familiar in endorsing license to az but i got my license in ca first and then endorse it to other state. i guess it's pretty much the same.but to make sure, you need to go to az bon website and follow the steps in endorsing license. about an official certificate, i know if you pass the exam,they'll send you a confirmation of passing including your license and then a certificate will follow in a week or two. or if you want, you can ask a copy of your results and a copy of another certificate but you need to pay for it separately. you might wanna visit their official website to make sure how much it cost. goodluck!

Hi, Really? You got yours after 3-4 weeks? It's been 6 weeks now and I haven't received mine. How long did it take for the CA BON to send the Verification of License? I saw from their website that it takes atleast 6 weeks before they send the paper to WA BON. Is that true? I'm actually freaking out now because I already got a job in WA and that's the only thing I'm waiting for. I couldn't start working, unless I have my license in my hand.Actually, I already saw my license in WA BON, it says "PENDING" on the status so I'm wondering when can I get my license. Did you call the CA BON to verify if they sent your Verification to WA BON? This waiting is killing me! It's really frustrating to wait and wait. I hope I'll receive mine this week. Thanks alot!

It took me 1 week to get my result. I passed though and it was really a relief. CA doesn't participate in the Quick Result so you cannot do anything about it but to wait. I suggest you just relax and watch a movie or something.When I was done with the test, I felt the same too though I completed 75 items only. Hopefully, you'll pass. Goodluck to you.Keep prayin'!

hello, Regarding you're question of should you call them to verify your application packet, I suggest its a good thing to do. It happened to me too. They replied so late that I had to called them so I think it's better to call them right away. In my case, it only took 2 months to receive my eligibility. And you are right, my friend is also a license in Cali and he left the PH without taking the local board exam because of his visa issue and it was fine as long as you have the explanation for that. How many hours per day did you study? how many questions did u answer per day? 1-2 hours per day/ atleast 75 questions because I was working full time 5 days a week plus taking care of my family 3. How many days or months in total you studied before taking the exam? To be honest with you, i reviewed for 9 months 4.)What are the specific strategies that you used or the the test taking skills you applied during the exam? Eliminate the wrong answers, Read the questions carefully,assessment,and ofcourse PRAYERS! 5. Take one or take two? 75 items,take 1!
