Emory Spring 2021 InEmoryABSN

Published

Has anyone else applied to the InEmory program slated for Spring of 2021? I submitted my application last week and am super eager to hear back.

Hi, I also submitted a couple of days ago. Emory Duke and U of R are my top choices(:

Can you please share how long does it take after submission to receive any decision?

Thanks.

Apparently the decision release date is July 17.

Is there a number of weeks after submission one gets to hear the decision or is it a specific date for everyone? Thanks!

When are they going to update the classes that you've taken into the system? Or did you do that manually?

From reading previous threads on Emory, apparently they manually change each course on your application when they are reviewing your application and the forms you have submitted. If you start to see them change, it's probably a good indicator that your app is being currently reviewed.

Hi all,

Just heard back from the admissions advisor that I will hear back on June 15... So I think it's sooner than the posted July date. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

I have applied, and all of my boxes are checked with the exception of my standardized test score and Chem. I waited too late to take the TEAS and I'm worried about the impact it may have on my acceptance. Has anyone else had this issue? Other schools that I have applied to have put an extension for test scores.

Hey! I didn't take the TEAS and when I reached out to the admissions counselor, she said that for the interim, they are waiving scores due to COVID19. I would reach out to her and let her know. Mine is listed as "waived" in the checklist.

Awesome, great news!

Does anyone have more details about the 2-year work commitment after the program?
