Hi everyone!

Congrats to all those who got offers already! I was told they would be reaching out before 6/23 so everyone stay hopeful! I just received an offer for the oncology unit at both Emory Decatur and Emory University, so I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone here was also interested in oncology!

For those accepted to E. Healthcare, what is entry, hourly pay quote?  I suspect hourly rate differs dependent on shift, but please share (anonymously) starting hourly pay.  You don't have to ID unit in which you are working, but that would be useful. This information would help those of us who are out of state and have to make a decision based on cost of living in a major city such as Atlanta.  Txs.

Emory base rate as a new grad residency is 26. Upon completion it is a dollar rase.  Evening 4.25/hr (3p-11pm). Night : 4.50/hr (11p-7a) Weekend: 4.00/hr (paid in addition to the evening and night differential)

Second this. There is a $1/hr raise after 3-6 months then again after the 1st year. I'd also be relocating from out of state

Has anyone heard back from Emory? I received an offer from them but now my application status on their careers site says no longer under consideration so I'm confused ?

Hi! I accepted an offer for 7G Med Surg at Emory University Hospital! Is anyone else working in that area or at this hospital? I was also wondering if anyone has gotten their start dates yet? They said they would email within a few weeks with more info, but I just wanted to know so I could plan my moving to Atlanta accordingly. Congrats to everyone tho!! 

 

Also, now it says my application has been withdrawn on the portal, so I'm extra confused

Hi!! Congrats on your offer!! I also accepted a position with Emory University Hospital but for their 8T-N Medical Oncology unit! They emailed me a few days ago with more details. My start date is Sept. 20 and that day will be virtual. The 21st and 22nd are in person orientation days!
