No not officially. It just means that your application is in consideration. Upon completing the assessment they will review and it will be considered for the next preliminary segment which if I could remember correctly is the interview.

Emory base rate as a new grad residency is 26. Upon completion it is a dollar rase. Evening 4.25/hr (3p-11pm). Night : 4.50/hr (11p-7a) Weekend: 4.00/hr (paid in addition to the evening and night differential)
