Hello!

I decided to create this forum for everyone who applied to Emory's MN MSN program for Summer 2022. I applied early decision! Hope to get decisions soon.

sure, I have a 3.52 GPA, 3.43 science GPA, and about 3 years experience working as a CNA/ medical assistant. I also have about 250 hours of volunteer work. I didn’t submit letters of recommendation or my GRE score.

Hi! I was admitted with a cumulative GPA under 3.0, pre-req GPA of 3.4, science GPA of 3.25, masters degree GPA of 3.9.  I am also a veteran.  I served 8 1/2 years in the Air Force.  I have no medical experience and had no volunteer hours.  I completed the optional personal statement where I explained my low cumulative GPA and expand upon my military service.  I did not submit any letters of recommendations.

I was nervous my app would fall short as well because I previously applied to Vanderbilt and was not accepted.  I made sure to apply to Emory on June 1 when applications opened to make sure I had a chance to be admitted.

I was admitted during early decision 1 and we were notified at 5:30pm on decision day!  Good luck!!

Hello! Just commenting to wish everyone good luck today on finding out whether or not they have been accepted. I was admitted during the Early Decision 1 phase in August, so I can understand how nerve-wracking this day can be :)

Hi if you are accepted how does it show on the Emory Opus system? mine still says application is received. Thank you for the luck! I need them as many as I can haha ?

You should receive an email that there has been an application update made that will direct you to the application status page and you will see the following picture below. Hope that helped!

hey guys mine all of sudden says pay admissions deposit in Emory Opus but the status is still application received? are you guys seeing the same thing?
